1. Check that the product is active
Open the product in the Shopify Admin and confirm the Active toggle is on. Inactive products are hidden from POS.2. Sync your catalog
Go to Settings → Sync Now and wait for the sync to complete. Then close and reopen the PopUp tile in POS.3. Check your plan limits
On the Free plan, only 5 products can be active at a time. If you have more than 5, only the first 5 are shown. To show more, upgrade to Season Pass or Annual.4. Force-close and reopen POS
Fully close the Shopify POS app (swipe it away in your app switcher) and reopen it. Then tap the PopUp tile again.5. Check your internet connection
If you’ve made catalog changes recently, PopUp needs internet to sync them to the device. Connect to WiFi and try Sync Now again.Still not showing?
