In-app support form

The fastest way to reach us is through the support form built into the app:
  1. Open PopUp in your Shopify Admin
  2. Click Support in the left navigation
  3. Fill in your email, choose a topic, and describe your issue
  4. Hit Send message — we’ll reply to your email within 1 business day
Your store domain is automatically included so we can look up your account right away.

Email support

You can also email us directly: support@madvalley.com If you write in by email, include:
  • Your Shopify store domain (e.g. yourstore.myshopify.com)
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Any error messages you saw

Response time

We typically respond within 1 business day. During busy periods (e.g. start of market season), it may take a little longer.
