PopUp syncs your catalog automatically whenever you save a product or category. If you want to force a sync before heading to market, use the Sync Now button.

Sync your catalog

  1. In the Shopify Admin, open PopUp and go to Settings
  2. Tap Sync Now
  3. Wait a moment — you’ll see a confirmation when it’s done

When to use manual sync

  • You made several product changes and want to confirm everything is up to date before leaving for market
  • Something looks out of date in POS and you want to force a refresh

Last synced time

The Settings page shows the last time your catalog was synced, so you can confirm it’s current before market day.
Automatic sync happens whenever you save a product or category. Manual sync is only needed if you want to confirm everything is up to date before heading to market.
