When your market season starts again, reactivate your subscription to get back to selling.

How to reactivate

  1. In the Shopify Admin, open PopUp and go to Subscription
  2. Tap Reactivate
  3. Follow the Shopify billing prompts to restart billing
Your products, categories, and settings are exactly as you left them. No re-setup needed.

Billing after reactivation

Your billing cycle restarts from the reactivation date. You’ll be charged for a full month (Season Pass) or year (Annual) from that date.

Data expiry while paused

Your data is kept for up to 2 years from the date you paused. If you reactivate before that, everything is intact. If 2 years pass without reactivating, your catalog data is deleted.
We send reminder emails before your data expires so you have time to act.

Reactivating after cancellation

If you cancelled (rather than paused), your account may be in a 30-day grace window. Check the Subscription page — if your account is still accessible, you can reactivate within that window without losing data. After the grace window closes, cancelled accounts are deleted and cannot be recovered.
