Cancelling is permanent. If you plan to come back next season, pause instead — your data is kept for 2 years and you can resume anytime.

Before you cancel

If you’re taking a seasonal break, consider pausing instead:
  • Pause — billing stops, data kept for 2 years, resume anytime
  • Cancel — subscription ends, data deleted after a 30-day grace window

How to cancel

  1. In the Shopify Admin, open PopUp and go to Subscription
  2. Tap Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm
Your subscription is cancelled immediately.

What happens after you cancel

During the 30-day grace window:
  • You keep full access to your catalog in the Shopify Admin
  • The POS tile stops working for new sales
  • You can reactivate within this window to restore everything
After 30 days:
  • Your account and all data (products, categories, settings) are permanently deleted
  • This cannot be undone

Cancelling due to a failed payment

If your subscription lapses due to a failed payment (not a manual cancel), your data is kept for 90 days to give you time to update your payment method and reactivate.
