If you updated a product’s price but the POS tile still shows the old price:

1. Sync your catalog

Go to Settings → Sync Now and wait for the sync to complete.

2. Close and reopen the PopUp tile

After syncing, close the PopUp tile and reopen it. The updated price should now appear.

3. Force-close POS

If the price still shows as old, fully close the Shopify POS app and reopen it. Tap the PopUp tile to reload the catalog.

4. Check you saved the product

Open the product in the Shopify Admin and confirm the price you entered is saved correctly. If the old price is still showing, the save may not have completed.
