Paused subscription
If you paused your subscription, the PopUp POS tile is inactive — you can browse but not sell. To resume selling, go to the Subscription page in the Shopify Admin and tap Reactivate.Reactivating
How to resume your subscription
Expired due to failed payment
If a payment failed, your subscription may have lapsed. Your data is kept for 90 days. To fix:- Update your payment method in your Shopify Admin (Settings → Billing)
- Open PopUp and go to Subscription
- Tap Reactivate
