Paused subscription

If you paused your subscription, the PopUp POS tile is inactive — you can browse but not sell. To resume selling, go to the Subscription page in the Shopify Admin and tap Reactivate.

How to resume your subscription

Expired due to failed payment

If a payment failed, your subscription may have lapsed. Your data is kept for 90 days. To fix:
  1. Update your payment method in your Shopify Admin (Settings → Billing)
  2. Open PopUp and go to Subscription
  3. Tap Reactivate

Cancelled subscription

If you cancelled, you have a 30-day grace window to reactivate. After 30 days, data is deleted permanently. If you’re within the grace window, go to Subscription and tap Reactivate.

Account showing wrong plan?

If your plan status looks incorrect (e.g. showing expired when you’re active), contact us at support@madvalley.com with your Shopify store domain.
