# Manual sync

> Push your latest catalog changes to the POS tile before market day.

PopUp syncs your catalog automatically whenever you save a product or category. If you want to force a sync before heading to market, use the **Sync Now** button.

## Sync your catalog

1. In the Shopify Admin, open PopUp and go to **Settings**
2. Tap **Sync Now**
3. Wait a moment — you'll see a confirmation when it's done

## When to use manual sync

* You made several product changes and want to confirm everything is up to date before leaving for market
* Something looks out of date in POS and you want to force a refresh

## Last synced time

The Settings page shows the last time your catalog was synced, so you can confirm it's current before market day.
